Cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for subscriptions and pre-orders at Whole Blending.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each shipment.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled shipment through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Please note that once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. For more information, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are not yet in stock or are scheduled for future release.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order is fulfilled. Once the pre-order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Refund eligibility after shipment is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Food & Supplement Notice

Due to the nature of food and dietary supplements, we do not offer “try before you buy” options, and opened or consumed products are not eligible for cancellation or return.
