Cacao Chia Pudding

A chocolate-flavored chia pudding layered with granola.

Ingredients
• 1/3 cup chia seeds
• 1 cup oat milk
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/3 cup Whole Blending Cacao Plant Protein
• A handful of Whole Blending Cacao Granola

Instructions
• In a bowl, whisk together oat milk and cacao protein.
• Add yogurt and maple syrup and mix well.
• Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
• Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, until thickened.
• Spoon into a cup and top with cacao granola.
