Protein Nut Butter
A protein-enriched nut butter that pairs well with apples, toast, or crackers.
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
• 1 scoop Whole Blending Grain Plant Protein
• 100 ml unsweetened soy milk
• Whole Blending granola for topping (optional)
Instructions
• In a bowl, mix peanut butter and grain protein.
• Add soy milk gradually, stirring until you reach a smooth, spreadable consistency.
• Serve with sliced apples or bread.
• Top with granola if you’d like extra crunch.
