Extra Fudgy Protein Mug Cake
A slightly richer, sugar-free protein mug cake for a quick dessert or mini meal.
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
• 2 tbsp Whole Blending Cacao Plant Protein
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp oligosaccharide or allulose
• 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
• 5 tbsp oat milk, soy milk, or almond milk
• Sliced banana or berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
• Add flour, cacao protein, and baking powder to a mug and mix.
• Stir in the sweetener and olive oil.
• Add plant milk and mix until smooth, adjusting the amount if needed.
• Microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
• Top with fruit before serving.
