Cacao Protein Latte

A cozy, high-protein cacao latte you can make at home, with no added sugar or dairy. About 15 g of protein per mug (with 2 spoons of cacao plant protein).

Ingredients
• 2 spoons Whole Blending Cacao Plant Protein
• 200 ml oat milk
• 1 shot espresso
• 3–4 pieces dark chocolate
• Cacao powder for dusting (optional)

Instructions
• Place the dark chocolate pieces in a large mug and microwave until melted (about 1 minute 30 seconds).
• Add oat milk and cacao plant protein to the mug and whisk or stir until completely smooth.
• Microwave the mixture again for about 2 minutes, until hot but not boiling.
• Pour in the espresso shot and stir gently to combine.
• Dust the top with a little cacao powder if you’d like a richer chocolate aroma.
