Vegan Chocolate Protein Waffles

Crisp, egg-free and dairy-free waffles made with cacao plant protein.

Ingredients
• 2 cups whole-wheat flour
• 30 g Whole Blending Cacao Plant Protein
• 2 g baking powder
• 10 g starch (such as cornstarch)
• 1 cup soy milk
• 10 g melted coconut oil
• 1 tbsp raw sugar
• Pinch of pink salt

Instructions
• In a bowl, combine flour, cacao protein, baking powder, and starch.
• Add soy milk and mix until smooth.
• Stir in melted coconut oil, sugar, and salt.
• Pour the batter into a preheated waffle maker and cook until crisp and golden.
• Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
