Protein Bliss Balls

Bite-size energy balls packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

Ingredients
• 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds and walnuts)
• 1 cup pitted dates, soaked and drained
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 3 scoops Whole Blending Cacao Plant Protein

Instructions
• Blend the nuts in a blender or food processor until finely ground.
• Add dates, coconut oil, and cacao protein.
• Blend again until the mixture clumps together.
• Roll into small balls with your hands.
• Chill briefly in the refrigerator before serving.
