Cacao Plant Protein Bar
A simple no-bake cacao protein bar you can keep in the fridge for an easy snack.
Ingredients
• 75 g Whole Blending Cacao (or Grain) Plant Protein
• 35 ml soy milk
• 15 ml coconut oil
• 20 g mixed nuts (roughly chopped)
Instructions
• In a bowl, combine cacao protein and nuts.
• Add coconut oil and soy milk, then mix. Adjust soy milk slightly depending on the texture.
• Press and knead the mixture with your hands until it holds together.
• Spread the mixture onto a board and press into a flat rectangle.
• Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, then slice into bars.
