Protein Pancakes
Weekend-style pancakes with a balance of carbohydrates and plant protein.
Ingredients
• 3/4 cup (about 90 g) flour or almond flour
• 1 scoop Whole Blending Grain Plant Protein
• 2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Oil for the pan
Instructions
• In a bowl, combine flour, grain protein, baking powder, and salt.
• Add mashed banana, plant milk, and vanilla extract.
• Mix until you have a smooth, pourable batter.
• Lightly oil a pan and heat over medium-low.
• Pour in the batter and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
