Cacao Plant Protein Mug Cake

A quick, single-serve chocolate mug cake with a boost of cacao plant protein. Ready in about 3 minutes.

Ingredients
• 2 tbsp flour or almond flour
• 2 tbsp Whole Blending Cacao Plant Protein
• 1 tbsp raw sugar or regular sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp soy milk (or other plant milk)
• 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
• Pinch of salt
• 2–3 pieces dark chocolate

Instructions
• Prepare a large, microwave-safe mug with enough room for the batter to rise.
• Add flour, cacao protein, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well so there are no lumps.
• Pour in soy milk and oil, then stir until you get a smooth batter.
• Place the chocolate pieces in the center of the batter.
• Microwave for about 2 minutes, depending on your microwave.
• Let it cool slightly and enjoy warm.
